Featured Website - Kauai Vacation Accommodations

Situation: Kauai Vacation Accommodations was an interesting project to work on because the owners and business are based in Kauai, Hawaii.  Combining the distance, and the relative infancy of the business made this project unique right from the start.  As a result, we researched Bed & Breakfasts, along with property management companies, both state side and in Hawaii.  Found several websites that both the owner and our designers liked.  We created a few mocks and instantly feel in love with the design you now see on the website.  With a few tweaks and changes to the website design we were off and running.

Products Used: This website used our ProFusion Ultra IS Pro, Content Rotator, News Manager and Testimonials manager.  We also built a custom Customer Relationship Management module that allows the owners to track their reservations, their existing clients tendencies, as well as take their reservation payments online.  This allows the owners to keep their clients information close at hand, while also automating the reservation process to make it easier for both the client and owner.

Featured Real Estate Website - Bellingham Dream Home

Situation: Bellingham Dream Home owner and real estate agent, Jon Hansen, has been helping people buy and sell homes in the Whatcom County for almost 10 years. In the fast-paced real estate market, Jon needed a website that he could update at the drop of a hat. He needed to be able to link to virtual tours, change out images, and change prices from any computer at any time.

Solution: Jon contacted Net Solutions to build an application that would allow him complete freedom in regards to when website updates were made. Using our ProFusion Ultra Internet Solution Pro with the Real Estate Search enabled, Jon can add listings, change listings, and remove listings from his site from any computer. Jon's website users can now request more information about his listings, schedule an appointment to view the property, send the listing to a friend, map the property using Google maps, and save the property to their favorites on Jon's site.
