Net Solutions North America

Work Hard: Andrew has been developing web applications for over 10 years. Beginning in the late 90's, after graduating from Western Washington University, Andrew began developing websites for his then employer Cadalog, Inc., eventually assuming command of the web division upon the company aquiring a shareware repository website (www.cadalog.com) and leading the team in converting the site to modern code and enabling it for banner revenue generation, adding forums, user comments and ecommerce capability. Andrew since moved on starting a computer hardware service and then later going back to web application development.

In 2004, Andrew helped develop a web menu application for the Holiday Inn hotel chain, some of which is still in use today, and which was featured in several USA Today articles. In 2005, Andrew helped co-found a web photo sharing start-up company in Bellingham, WA called JellyBarn. Still in business today, the start-up is generating buzz around it's photo sharing tools (www.jellybarn.com). Throughout the past 8 years, Andrew has developed search engines for several real estate “multiple listing” systems and has hosted numerous real estate and other websites.

Andrew has been working with Net Solutions since 2006 and enjoys his career building custom web applications, blogs and websites.

Play Hard: Having recently relocated to Temecula, CA, Andrew can be found on the weekends around the southern California beaches soaking up the waves and sunshine with this wife and two children. Andrew has also taken on the role of Director of Media at his new church in Murrieta, CA (www.whylifechurch.com) and will be launching their new website soon. Additionally, Andrew enjoys posting periodically to his blog (andrewchristensen.wordpress.com) and trying to shed his former couch potato and workaholic ways by taking long walks in the morning (before it gets too hot – he lives in the desert afterall), going to the gym and riding his bike. Still addicted to TV shows, though, Andrew is online in the evenings and is available via chat between episodes of Battle Star Galactica and Grey's Anatomy and sometimes during. But be careful. If you interrupt him during BSG, you might get bit.
