Featured Ecommerce Website - Fairhaven Candy Company

Situation: Fairhaven Candy Company was a pet project gone wild. The founders created great candy and were originally making their products in a small candy store in Fairhaven. After many requests from people world-wide for their products, Fairhaven Candy moved to a larger location in Ferndale, WA and can now produce mass quantities while retaining the quality of their product. Their consumers were asking them for a website to gather more information about the company, about their products, and where they could purchase them. We took it one step further and allow consumers to order products online.

Solution: Fairhaven Candy hired Net Solutions to create their online candy store. Their unique need was the ability for both Wholesale and regular retail clients to be able to order on their website. Using the E-Cart Pro as our base application, we customized it to allow for both Wholesale and Retail sales. Using the E-Cart Pro, Fairhaven Candy is also able to manage all aspects of their online store. They have the ability to add new products, edit existing products, add images, and process orders all through the administrative panel of their website.
